No, you do not need a crypto wallet to use EMOZ.

When you certify a file with EMOZ, the system performs a blockchain transaction in the background: it creates a non-transferable NFT certificate (also called a “soulbound” NFT) and stores it permanently on the blockchain.

But as a user, you never have to deal with Wallets, Private keys, Tokens, Blockchain fees, Crypto platforms!

EMOZ handles all of this for you, automatically.

Here is how it works:

  • EMOZ uses its own blockchain wallets to execute the transaction and store the certificate on-chain.

  • The smart contract that mints the certificate is also deployed and owned by EMOZ.

  • The certificate itself is written into the blockchain as a minted NFT, permanently tied to your file’s fingerprint.

Although the NFT is technically stored in a wallet controlled by EMOZ, this has no impact on your ownership because:

  • The NFT cannot be transferred, deleted, or modified.

  • It is bound forever to the content and timestamp of your file.

  • The smart contract that enforces these rules is public, verified, and immutable.

Once your certificate is minted:

  • It is forever written on the blockchain.

  • The smart contract ensures it cannot be tampered with or reassigned.

  • You receive a PDF certificate that contains all the data needed to prove authorship:

    • The hash of your file

    • The blockchain transaction ID

    • A private decryption seed

And most importantly:

Once you have the certificate, anyone can independently verify it, now or in the future, even if EMOZ stops operating.

The blockchain transaction is public and immutable.

The PDF gives you everything needed to prove that the file was registered under your name and declaration.

Your certificate is forever.
